Depending on where you live, shipping times will still vary based on carrier routes and other conditions. Average shipping times vary between 2-5 days for all Australian states and territories as well as regional cities and towns.

WHY Don’t we ship internationally?

We have chosen not to ship for a variety of reasons (our carriers do not deliver there, we cannot ship easily to these countries, or we have had a high rate of fraudulent orders). We appreciate your interest and would like to apologise if this has caused any inconveniences.

 

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If you notice any damage please send photos and email them to us at orders@elecconstruction.com.au. All of our products come in strong packaging, but in the off event that it is damaged from weather or transportation, please let us know immediately.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation via email. This means that we have received your order, and you have been charged for that order. Our warehouse will confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment to you. If the product is not in stock, you will receive an email notification from us with a timeframe of when the product will be stock and shipped out to you.
